We had two former students worked at the Nobel Banquet. They also had the honorable task of serving at the table of honor (88 guests out of 1300 guests). Erika and Hugo has been in Rota for internship at hotel Duque de Najera and aparthotel la Espadaña They have work at the Nobel Banquet before. We have also worked with the teacher Marie many years. They was all very good and nice to collaborate with.

It is very nice when students who have been with us in Rota for an internship many years ago return to Rota on vacation and above all that they come to visit us. It is the best grade we can get that our business has the importance we want it to have. Erika and Hugo are two of the very best and nicest students we've had.
